The host
Rose Rosen, Casting Director
Rose Rosen, CSA is a veteran casting director with more than three decades of experience in film, television, commercials and digital media.
Her work has put her in the room with actors at every stage of their careers and given her a front-row view of how casting actually works — from the first submission to the final decision.
Rose is a member of the Casting Society of America and serves on the Advisory Board of the Gasparilla International Film Festival. She is also the creator and host of Casting Confidential®, where she brings together leading casting directors, actors and other people in the business for candid conversations about the process behind what audiences ultimately see on screen.
Known for her straightforward approach, Rose has become a trusted voice for actors who want useful information rather than mythology about the business.
No mythology. No guesswork. Just casting.
